To use Dovely, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Dovely, including guest information, vendor details, and planning data. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of all content you submit
• Ensuring you have the right to share any personal information about third parties (such as guests)
• Backing up your important data

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Dovely to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our express permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Fees and Payment

Dovely is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content

We do not guarantee that our service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be suitable for your wedding planning needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dovely and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Service interruptions
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Dovely shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dovely and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party

13. Data Backup and Loss

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for any loss of data or content. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your important information.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Dovely at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Is harmful to other users or our business
• Exposes us to legal liability

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of Dovely shall be resolved through binding arbitration/mediation/court proceedings in Colorado. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dovely regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
